We'll bring in any mail, flyers, or newspapers, so your home doesn't look vacant, and we'll make sure all doors, windows, and sliders are locked and secure.

Inside, we'll double-check all doors, windows, and sliders to ensure they are locked, secure, and functioning correctly. We'll also adjust room lighting to give the impression that the home is occupied (if requested by the owner) and check for signs of pests or insects. We'll run water and machines to prevent gaskets and seals from drying out and ensure they are operational, verify the electrical panel, and check that the temperature and humidity levels are comfortable. Our inspections also include checking smoke detectors, refrigerators, freezers, and water heaters for any issues or leaks. We'll also visually inspect all windows, toilets, walls, ceilings, and more for any signs of water damage, mold, or mildew.
