What is Home Watching?
Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues.
The Home Watcher Pros perform scheduled home visual inspections of your property while you are away. Our inspections include a check of the overall condition of the home and property. We will look after your property with an eye for detail, making sure that everything is as it should be. We will be looking for water leaks, pests, mold, and storm damage, etc., all of which can be present in homes left alone for even the shortest amount of time. Our job is to keep your home secure, protected and free from unexpected damage that could occur while no one is there. We'll be your eyes and ears while you're not here.
How often will you check on my home?
Our rates are designed so the most effective and least expensive option is for a weekly inspection. While we recommend weekly, you may also choose the option for bi-weekly or twice a month. Rates are based on the size of the property, frequency, and if any additional services are selected.
Are you Insured?
Yes, we are bonded and properly insured.
Are you licensed or certified.
The Home Watch industry is still young and at this time there isn’t any license available for home watch in the state of Georgia. If there was, we would certainly have one. With that said though, we are registered in the State of Georgia and Certified as a Home Watch professional by the National Home Watch Association.

We can provide many customized services that may not be shown on our list of services. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any request!
How do I pay for your services?
We offer the following methods of payment

- ACH/bank draft
How do you notify me after an inspection?
After each Home Watcher Pros inspection, we will send you a comprehensive report via email, including pictures. If we find anything during a routine check that requires immediate maintenance and service beyond our capabilities, we'll help coordinate with someone that can provide those services. We will only recommend companies that are trusted, professional, local service providers. While the services are being completed we can watch over the work being done and make sure those services are being performed to our satisfaction like it was our own home.
